FMC Kids Ministry

First Methodist Kids’ Ministry is a fun and safe place for children to grow in God’s love and learn about a relationship with Jesus Christ. Our programming is designed with both children and parents in mind - we are eager to teach and encourage kids, and we hope parents will join us and nurture faith in the home. 

All of our staff and volunteers are Ministry Safe certified and serve in Kids’ Ministry with childlike faith and a passion for the next generation of Christ followers. 

What We Do

  • Learn Bible stories
  • Begin to understand the basics of the Christian faith - specifically the creeds of the early church
  • Get to know Jesus
  • Play! 

<b>Sundays at First Methodist for Kids</b>

Sundays at First Methodist for Kids

Nursery is open for infants and toddlers 8:30am - 12:30pm in Rm. 302 of Kids’ Corner.

Sunday School is at 10am for preschoolers-5th grade in Kids’ Corner. 

During both 8:45am and 11:15am Sunday worship services:

  • Kids Message before the sermon - send your child to the front for a kids’ specific faith message; you are welcome to join him/her.

  • Children’s Church, directly following the Kids’ Message - sign in in the lobby, before or during worship. 

IMPACT Bible Club

Impact is a new after-school program designed to take good care of kids, share the Christian faith, and have a ton of fun!
